"Reverend Roh" as he is affectionately called by family joined Dr. Ella Mary Sims Foundation with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit, and focused on providing the organization with experience and integrity. He is the Grand-Son of Dr. Ella Mary Sims, and is a 3rd generation pastor. Continuing the tradition of his foremothers & fathers in answering the call on his life.

Founding Member & the only 1st Gen Sims, Donald Sims aka "Unc" is Dr. Ella Mary Sims' 5th born out of 10 children. One of our veteran team members. He is key in connecting the past events and detailing DEMS timelines, as well as a guiding force for good. He brings years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and continue the DEMS path of success.
